_Born-again, baptized Christian in good standing at a local church
_Between 3rd year of college at a 4-year accredited university (by
Fall 2017) and 27 years of age
_Demonstrate strong leadership potential
_Have an outstanding academic record (min. 3.0 GPA)
*Extra scholarship available if apply by Dec 15
